Shipping Your Package

The actual contribution to shipping costs is the one indicated on the website www.genius-shopping.com at the time of purchase.

Packages are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment (unless otherwise noted on the site). They are shipped with a tracking number. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as transportation costs. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. We strongly advise the buyer to ensure that the address provided is accurate and complete.

Address Errors

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address and to contact us promptly to request any modifications. These changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In such cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not always.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund for your order minus the shipping costs, or we will offer to reship it, according to your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or a refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

What Happens Next?

What to Do If You Are Not Available on the Delivery Day?

Our packages are delivered by carriers who sometimes require a signature upon receipt. If this is the case and you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox with information on the procedure to follow. Packages delivered by the postal service usually do not require a signature.

Covid-19 Update

Please keep in mind that carriers may experience delays due to COVID-19. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, our customer service team will contact you via email.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages (if applicable)

Genius Shopping is not responsible for lost or stolen packages where delivery is confirmed to the address entered for an order. Upon request, Genius Shopping will confirm delivery to the provided address, the delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate. Change of Delivery Address

For a delivery address change request, we can modify the address at any time before the order is shipped.

After placing your order, you have 6 hours to contact our customer service and request a modification or cancellation of your order for free. Additionally, there is no refund for cancellations made after 6 hours following the order.

 

Unavailable for Delivery

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times before an item is returned to our warehouse. Ensure you add your available phone/mobile number to the delivery address when placing an order, as this will expedite the delivery process.
