Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days after receipt to do so. Please keep in mind that to exchange your product, it must be unused and in its original packaging, and you will need to send it to us at your expense. Please contact our customer service at contact@genius-shopping.com to assist you with the process.
Processing Your Return for “Change of Mind”
For all “Change of Mind” returns, please send an email to customer service at contact@genius-shopping.com. A customer service team member will assist you in processing your return.
We require photographs to be sent with your return request, showing that both the item and its packaging are in acceptable condition before a “Change of Mind” return can be processed.
Once we receive the returned item from you and it is deemed to be in acceptable condition, we will provide you with a refund or a store credit (according to your choice).
Deductions
The amount of the refund or store credit issued will not include any shipping fees you may have paid on the initial order.
We will deduct any transportation costs associated with returning the item from the final amount of the refund or store credit issued to you.
Cancellation After Order
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 6 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@genius-shopping.com as soon as possible.
A majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 6 hours, so it is imperative that you contact us within this period to attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
No cancellation requests can be considered if the order has already been processed.
Return Policy
We accept returns for any reason! Our return policy is 30 days from the time you receive your products.
Please inform us before taking any action regarding returns or exchanges.
If you decide that an item is not suitable, email us at contact@genius-shopping.com and request a return authorization.
• To qualify for a return, all items must be in the same condition as when you received them (new items with tags must be returned with original tags attached).
• Please note that the 30-day period begins when an item is delivered, not the order as a whole. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you may have different return windows.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns must be sent to the address we will provide in the United States.
Like-New Condition
Items must be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing major content may be denied a return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or not the product you ordered, please return it within your return and exchange period, and we will arrange for a replacement.
Damage on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer service at contact@genius-shopping.com. After customer service verification and confirmation of the case, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or provide a 100% refund.
