Refund Policy

If you are within the 30-day return period, we offer you three options:

 

Exchange Your Item

Exchanges are available for size, color, or for a different product of your choice.

 

Refund Details and Vouchers

By default, the refund mode is store credit.

If you wish to receive a refund to the payment method used for your purchase, you must notify us on the return form. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to a manufacturer defect do not incur these restocking fees. The fees will be applied to the original order, and the balance will be refunded.

Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

Guarantees are not refundable.

Replacement of an Incorrect or Defective Item

1. Your order number

2. Description of the problem (e.g., incorrect/defective item)

3. A photo or video

 

How Long Does It Take to Get a Refund?

Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.

 

How to Return an Item?

1. Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.

2. Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address we will provide by email.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive store credit, it will match the amount you paid. If you requested a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product minus restocking fees.

If you request an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 7 to 14 days to reach you.

If you are shipping items valued over €50, we strongly suggest returning the product with a tracking number.
